Insee Residence was founded under the name as Insee Properties and holds an important and emotional place within Insee Group.Started in 1989, when Mrs Phetsiriseng Daly, our Company Founder, had the idea to open the first property of the group, Villa That Luang Guest House & Restaurant. Mrs Phetsiriseng quickly understood the need to offer a quality accommodation and catering service for the different clientele present in Laos.Subsequently, Insee Properties launched Vangvieng Eco Lodge in 2003 to extend its field of vision and action..In 2004, in partnership with Exotissimo Travel, Kamu Lodge was opened in Ban Gnoihai, Oudomxay. From 2005, Insee Group also offers Villas for Rent and in 2006, Villa Lao Hotel opened its doors and also has a particularly emotional story for members of the Phetsiriseng family, because it was the house where our current CEO & GM, Mr Manotham and Mrs Parima Phetsiriseng, were born.Then, in 2008, Villas Serviced Apartments was launched with the site of Sithane Guest House first, followed by Haysok Guest House in 2010 and Beungkhagnong Villas in 2015 accordingly.

Our latest property, INSEE RESIDENCE, has been opened since the end of 2018 and serves as the spearhead for the group, with its 9 floors and 26 luxury apartments, located in That Luang business district in Vientiane.

The adventure began in That Luang in 1989 and marks an important turning point in its evolution in 2018 with Insee Residence, still in the same district as in the early phase of the Group.

Finally, Insee Group is also owner of several lands in Vientiane, and also opened two new sites in 2019, Khuvieng and Phonsinouan Apartments.
