Insee Group was founded by Mr. Chandalet PHETSILISENG, who has faith in Mr. Kaison Phomvihanh, the former President of Laos, who said that     “The youth must be like eagles who are not afraid of the storm to become a success in their time” with which the guideline in conducting business since established in 2003 staring with Insee Trading who has been the formal lottery distribution representative of Lao Lottery  and expand to establish various business well known as Insee Life Insurance , Insee Express, Insee Logistics, Insee Commercial Trading, MP Construction, MP Auto, IT Excellence, Onxon, and Insee Properties, etc

Nowadays, Insee Group have various opportunities in performing businesses with more than 20 years of experiences. Inadditional,  Insee Group have been establishing distinguish business unit company to support Insee Group to be as remarkable and leading business company in Lao PDR with focusing on not only how to meet customer satisfaction and lifestyles, but also how to customize process to meet business partners requirement making business sustainable growth

Mr. Chandalet PHETSILISENG

  • Chandalet PHETSILISENG, the founder of Insee Group, was born in 1952 and died in 2017.
  • In 1977, completed his studies in France, majoring in international law, and in the same year, he joined the Ministry of Commerce.
  • In 1987, he held the position of Director of the Department of Commerce.
  • In 1988, he started his own business and was a consultant for various companies.
  • In 1990, he was CEO of the Lao Timber (Malaysia’ branch) and was consultant of various companies continuously.
  • In 2003, he started to established  Insee Trading who has been the formal lottery distribution representative of Lao Lottery  and expanded to establish various business well known as Insee Life Insurance , Insee Express, Insee Logistics, Insee Commercial Trading, MP Construction, MP Auto, IT Excellence, Onxon, and Insee Properties Company.
